* Estimated delivery time is based on the fact that orders are placed before 13:00 from Monday to Friday and your products are in stock.

Undeliverable packages

If the packages are returned to us as undeliverable because they were refused, unclaimed or the delivery address is incorrect then you can receive the returned package. If you no longer request the package, the value of the items contained will be refunded, less any additional shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return the package to us. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded.

Not At Home to receive your parcel

If the parcel is delivered and you are not there to receive it, a card may be left asking you to collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail sorting office, which will be much closer than the nearest depot of a national carrier. You may also specify that the order is delivered to your work address if you are unable to be at home to receive it.

No Dispatch Days

miravvi do not dispatch on UK public holidays, and there may be a backlog of orders after a holiday date causing your package to take an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

Delivery policy applies to miravvi products and is not applicable to affiliate products.
