Returns Policy

If it is an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened items with intact seals, not broken bottle, not broken carton and we will issue a full refund. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products if the item has been unsealed.

Return a Faulty Item

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund:

  1. Wrap the item in its original packaging.
  2. Contact Customer Services at who will provide you with freepost return address. If postage paid by customers they cannot be refunded as we have freepost system where no postage is required.
  3. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.
  4. In the ‘order history’ section of your account page on, select the ‘returns’ option relating to the order you wish to send back. Type your reasons for the return in the box provided, and enter any other details as required.
  5. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging .
  6. Contact Customer Services at:, who will provide you with a freepost return address Our freepost address is only available within the UK. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

Claim Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact Customer Services at: within 3 days of the date you receive your order.

Claim Missing Orders

Please reported to within two weeks of receiving notification of dispatch, this extends to four weeks for deliveries outside of the UK. Unfortunately we are unable to accept claims that are outside of this time scale.

Refunds & Returns

If you are in the UK, you can change your mind about any online order within seven working days of receiving it.

This applies to all items which are offered and purchased on this website. To withdraw from a purchase, you must notify us by email to arrange collection of the item and you can return the item if your product is still sealed and in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.

Please clearly mark for the attention of Miravvi Ltd. on the outside of the package and also include your order number and name within the parcel. Please contact our customer service team to advise that you wish to return any items prior to shipping them at the email address:

If the withdrawal is made in the above manner, the purchase contract for the item is cancelled and we will refund your money. The exception would be if you have used the item and it is not in the same condition in which it was delivered to you, in such a case you have to pay the loss value of the item and the shipping costs.

We will give you a full refund of the return charge, if you had to return the goods because of our mistake.

PLEASE NOTE: Order amendments/cancellations cannot be made over weekends and bank holidays. Our customer service team are available between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Any amendment or cancellation requests made outside of these hours may not be processed in time and your order will continue to be processed by our team.
