Egg florentine with Oscietra Caviar

Sautéed spinach in butter 60g

Hollandaise sauce

Poached egg

Oscietra caviar x 30g
Method
- Toast the English muffin and top with the sautéed spinach
- Add the warm poached egg and spoon the hollandaise sauce before adding a generous spoon of Oscietra Caviar.
