  • Serves 1

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin peeled and cut 120g
  • Bananas 120g
  • Orange juice 170ml 
  • Grapefruit juice 30ml
  • Ground cinnamon 1/4 Tsp

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

  • Papaya peeled and seeded 150g
  • Orange juice 100ml

Method

  • Skimmed milk 120ml
  • Flaxseed 20g

  • Cucumber peeled and seeded 180g
  • Apples peeled and cored 150g
  • Lemon sherbet 80g

Method

  1. Pass apples through a juicer to obtain juice and then pour juice into a food processor with cucumber, lemon sherbet and mint leaves and blend until smooth.

  • Carrots peeled and cut 160g
  • Celery peeled and cut 80g
  • Apples peeled and cut 160g

  1. Pass carrots, celery, ginger and apples through a juicer to obtain juice.
  2. Add yoghurt to mixed juice until fully incorporate.
