Recipe

Pineapple Iced Tea

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Earl Grey Tea leaves 50g
  • Water 500 ml
  • Pineapple fresh juice 450 ml
  • Mandarin orange fresh juice 50 ml
  • Ginger peeled and cut 40g
  • Honey ½ Tbsp
  • Ice crushed 500g

Method

  1. Bring water to a boil then remove from heat.
  2. Add Earl Grey Tea leaves to infuse for about 6 minutes before straining.
  3. Strain Earl Grey Tea infusion and refrigerate to chill.
  4. Blend chilled tea infusion, pineapple juice, mandarin orange juice, ginger, honey and crushed ice until smooth.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses, decorate and serve immediately.

Recipe

Tropical Fruit Iced Tea

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Earl Grey Tea leaves 30g
  • Water 350ml
  • Pineapple 80g
  • Mandarin orange 80g
  • Kiwi 50g
  • Passion fruit 50g
  • Lychee 50g
  • Yuzu juice 40g
  • Honey ½ Tbsp
  • Crushed ice 500g 

Method

  1. Bring water to a boil then remove from heat.
  2. Add Earl Grey Tea leaves to infuse for about 6 minutes before straining.
  3. Strain Earl Grey Tea infusion and refrigerate to chill.
  4. Remove skin and seeds from fruits and cut fruits into cubes.
  5. Blend fruits with yuzu juice, tea infusion, honey and crushed ice until smooth.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses, decorate and serve immediately.

Mint Iced Tea

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Mint Tea infusion 400ml
  • Water 900ml
  • Lemongrass trimmed 40g
  • Ginger peeled 80g 
  • Sugar 50g
  • Crushed ice 500g
  • Mint leaves sliced Garnish

Method

  1. Bring 250 ml water to a boil and simmer lemongrass until water is reduced by half. Strain and refrigerate to chill.
  2. Bring another 250 ml water to a boil and simmer ginger until water is reduced by half. Strain and refrigerate to chill.
  3. Boil remaining water and sugar until sugar is dissolved and cool syrup
  4. Combine lemongrass juice, ginger juice, mint tea infusion and syrup and stir to mix well. Pour into chilled glasses with crushed ice, decorate with sliced mint leaves and serve immediately.

Green Tea Smoothie

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Matcha Green Tea 30g
  • Skimmed milk 350ml
  • Natural Yogurt (0% fat) 40g
  • Honey 15g
  • Crushed ice 500g

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Peach Black Tea Smoothie

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Black Tea leaves 40g 
  • Water 400ml 
  • Peaches peeled and cut 5 units
  • Honey 2 Tbsp
  • Natural Yogurt (0%fat) 100g

Method

  1. Freeze peaches 90 minutes.
  2. Bring water to a boil then remove from heat.
  3. Add Black Tea leaves to infuse for about 6 minutes before straining.
  4. Strain Black Tea infusion and refrigerate to chill.
  5. Blend frozen peaches, honey, yogurt and chilled tea until smooth.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Berry Black Tea Smoothie

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Black Tea leaves 30g
  • Water 300ml 
  • Strawberries 450g 
  • Honey 1 Tbsp
  • Natural Yogurt (0%fat) 200g
  • Crushed ice 500g

Method

  1. Bring water to a boil then remove from heat.
  2. Add Black Tea leaves to infuse for about 6 minutes before straining.
  3. Strain Black Tea infusion and refrigerate to chill.
  4. Combine tea infusion, berries, honey, yogurt in a blender until smooth. 
  5. Add crushed ice and blend again. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Mango White Tea Smoothie

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

  • White Tea leaves 40g 
  • Water 400ml 
  • Mango peeled and cut 2 units
  • Honey 2 Tbsp
  • Natural Yogurt (0%fat) 100g
  • Lime 1 Tbsp

Method

  1. Freeze mango 90 minutes.
  2. Bring water to a boil then remove from heat.
  3. Add White Tea leaves to infuse for about 6 minutes before straining.
  4. Strain White Tea infusion and refrigerate to chill.
  5. Blend frozen mango, honey, yogurt, lime and chilled tea until smooth. 
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Grapefruit Oolong Iced Tea  

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Oolong Tea leaves 40g 
  • Water 500ml 
  • Grapefruit fresh juice 450ml
  • Orange fresh juice 50ml
  • Honey 1 Tbsp
  • Ice crushed 500g

Method

  1. Bring water to a boil then remove from heat.
  2. Add Oolong Tea leaves to infuse for about 6 minutes before straining.
  3. Strain Oolong Tea infusion and refrigerate to chill.
  4. Blend chilled tea infusion, grapefruit juice, orange juice, honey and crushed ice until smooth.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses, decorate and serve immediately.

  • Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Oolong Tea leaves 40g
  • Water 500ml 
  • Almond milk 300ml
  • Almond extract ½ Tsp
  • Honey 1 Tbsp
  • Grated almond 
  • Crushed ice 500g

Method

  1. Bring water to a boil then remove from heat.
  2. Add Oolong Tea leaves to infuse for about 6 minutes before straining.
  3. Strain Oolong Tea infusion and refrigerate to chill.
  4. Blend chilled tea infusion, almond milk, almond extract, honey and crushed ice until smooth.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses, decorate with grated almond and serve immediately.

  • Water 500ml
  • Skimmed milk 350ml
  • Honey 1 Tbsp
  • Crushed ice 500g
