Egg florentine with Oscietra Caviar

Ingredients

  • English muffin toasted 1
  • Sautéed spinach in butter 60g
  • Hollandaise sauce
  • Poached egg
  • Oscietra caviar x 30g

Method

  1. Toast the English muffin and top with the sautéed spinach
  2. Add the warm poached egg and spoon the hollandaise sauce before adding a generous spoon of Oscietra Caviar.
