Tuna tartar & avocado topped with Beluga Caviar and KD luxury edible gold
Ingredients

Avocado

Lime juice

Drops of Tabasco

Salt & pepper

Tuna

Extra virgin olive oil

Dijon mustard

Lime juice

Salt and Pepper
Method
- Dice avocado and season well with salt and pepper and pack into a round mould.
- In the same bowl add the diced tuna and season with salt & pepper, couple of dashes of Tabasco and Dijon mustard and pack the top of the avocado for a nice round shape
- Top with a large spoon of beluga caviar, some finely sliced spring onions and edible gold.
