Tuna tartar & avocado topped with Beluga Caviar and KD luxury edible gold

Ingredients

  • Avocado
  • Lime juice
  • Drops of Tabasco
  • Salt & pepper
  • Tuna
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Dijon mustard
  • Lime juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Dice avocado and season well with salt and pepper and pack into a round mould.
  2. In the same bowl add the diced tuna and season with salt & pepper, couple of dashes of Tabasco and Dijon mustard and pack the top of the avocado for a nice round shape
  3. Top with a large spoon of beluga caviar, some finely sliced spring onions and edible gold.
