Pumpkin Nourish Smoothie – 350ml
Ingredients
- 
                            Pumpkin peeled and cut 120g
 - 
                            Bananas 120g
 - 
                            Orange juice 170ml
 - 
                            Grapefruit juice 30ml
 - 
                            Ground cinnamon 1/4 Tsp
 
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
 - Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

                            Cucumber peeled and seeded 180g

                            Apples peeled and cored 150g

                            Lemon sherbet 80g

Method
- Pass apples through a juicer to obtain juice and then pour juice into a food processor with cucumber, lemon sherbet and mint leaves and blend until smooth.
